DavidJones – Return & Refund Policy (We offer 7 days return policy)

At DavidJones, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We ensure every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you happen to receive a defective or damaged item, we’re here to help. We do not offer any Exchange or replacement


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • You must share a clear unboxing video showing the defect or damage.

  • The video must be shared with our customer support team within 4 calendar days of delivery.

  • The item should be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags intact.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • If the product is used or tampered with.

  • If the complaint is raised after the 4-day window.

  • If the unboxing video is missing or does not clearly show the issue.


How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@davidjoneseyewear.com within 4 days of delivery.

  2. Attach your order ID, a short description of the issue, and the unboxing video clearly showing the defect.

  3. Once our team verifies and approves your return request, you will receive return instructions along with the return shipping address.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us once the return is approved.

  • We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.

  • Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid any transit damage.


Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item and complete a quality check. Refund will be processed and Credited within 7 working days

  • The refund will be issued via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • In case the product fails the return inspection (used/damaged/missing items), no refund will be issued, and the product will be returned back to you.


Important Notes

  • Exchange is currently not available. You may initiate a return and place a new order separately.

  • Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the issue was due to an error on our part (wrong item, size, or color shipped).
